Is it safe to shop online?

Yes it is extremely safe. When you get to the point in our website where you are required to enter your credit card details you will see a padlock icon on the right in the status bar at the bottom of your browser window. This indicates that you are using a secure connection and that all information entered will be encrypted. Credit card payments are handled by third party companies (SagePay, PayPal, WorldPay, Amazon Payments).

How do I return unwanted/broken goods?

Please contact us within 60 days via email at sales@livelaughlove.co.uk or phone us on 01342 842599 if an item you receive is faulty or not quite what you expected so we can discuss the options.

We make it as hassle free as possible by just asking that you securely repackage the item, insert your full name and order number then post it back to us.

I got the wrong item sent to me, what shall I do?

Please contact us and we will discuss the steps you need to take to get the correct item sent out to you.

How can I pay for my order?

Once placing your order you will continue to checkout. There you have the option of paying by debit/credit card, Paypal or Amazon payments. If you choose to pay by debit/credit card you will enter Sagepay a secure site to give your card information.

If you would rather pay with your card over the telephone, please phone us on 01342 842599 within the office's hours (8am-4pm) and we will be happy to take your order and payment.

I have put down the wrong address, how can I change it?

Please contact us immediately via phone or email and we can discuss the changes you need to make. However we cannot promise that your address will be changed as your order may of already been dispatched.

Will my delivery require a signature?

Some orders are dispatched via courier and automatically require a signature please bear this in mind when placing your order that the address has someone to sign for your parcel, an alternative delivery address can be entered (ie workplace, neighbour, family, etc) If you want your parcel to be left it in a safe place (ie. Behind bins, down side alley, in the shed), please let us know in the comments box at the end of placing your order. We will not however be responsible if an item goes missing once it has been left on your property.

What countries do you ship to?

We deliver mainly to U.K and Europe, Unfortunately though, we do not currently ship to many places outside of these areas. Please check our deliveries graph on the delivery information page to see where we deliver to. We can arrange for delivery to United States but any orders to this location will require us to retreive a quote beforehand.

Do you keep a record of my previous orders?

Yes. Once you log in to your account you will be able to view your order history.

Can I pay extra to have it next day, as I need it by the weekend?

We can upgrade your parcel to next day delivery, however this will not be suitable on Fridays as we do not operate over the weekend.

Where's my order/How long does it take?

Your order will be posted within 2 working days. Some parcels are sent via our courier, so could be with you the next day depending on what time you place your order and our current work load. Please contact us for any special requirements. For further information please see our deliveries page. Please note that orders to the United States will take longer as we will have to retrieve a quote beforehand.

Can I come to you and pick my order?

Unfortunately you cannot come down to our warehouse as it is an unsuitable environment for retail sales.

How will I know my order has been received by you?

Once you complete the payment process you will receive two emails. One email will be sent to you directly from the payment service provider (the company handling the secure card transaction). This is your confirmation that your credit card has been charged. The second email comes from us and will contain your order details and address details. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a further confirmation email.

How Green are you?

We recycle all our boxes and packaging, which helps keep costs down for us and you but mainly for the environment. It seems pointless buying in new spic and span boxes. They may appear more attractive on delivery but will end up as even more rubbish.

How much is P&P?

We have a shipping rate from £5.95 for any size order excluding furniture, for England, Wales, Scotland (U.K Mainland). If you are outside of U.K Mainland, please view the graph on our delivery information page to see if you can receive our products. Any orders to the United States will require us to retrieve a quote beforehand.

Do you have a catalogue?

Not at present. Due to the regularity of new products and our ever expanding range, our website, which is updated daily, is the best way to view our products.

Do you sell seconds in bulk?

Sorry we do not. We are a retail only company.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes. Please ring our office within the operating hours and we will be happy to take your order and payment.

What bulb does my lamp take?

We sell a variety of lamps, some of which use different bulbs. Please contact us and tell us which lamp it is you have and we will let you know what size bulb you need.

Do you do gift wrappings?

Sorry we don't gift wrap items, that will be down to you.
